Writing Process

After detailed and accurate collaboration with all project executives I begin the creating process by writing a series of themes on paper to identify with the different moods and scenes as discussed. Once I have the basic musical flow of the project I then shift to my notation software to begin orchestrating the music, testing with different instrumentation combinations, and musical styles. If required I will research any unique or specialty instruments to reflect the films geographical or time period setting. After completing a first draft of some or all of the films music I will generate a mock listening track and submit it for review and continue that process until all parties involved are sanctified. Every film will have a different style and feel in nature therefore careful attention must be taken in order to provide the best out come for each project at hand.
