During my musical career now spanning over 30 years I have been an active music educator, arranger / composer, and performer with multiple music groups and associations.

EDUCATION
My education includes private studies at an early age, post-secondary education at the University of Manitoba (Performance) and Berklee College of Music in Boston studying composition in
Jazz, Woodwinds & Strings, Symphony Orchestras, Motion Picture and TV.
 

PERFORMER
As a performer I have toured across Canada, performed with local and international musical artists. I currently lead a multitude of different groups including Duos, Trios, Quartets,  and Big Bands, playing for large and small events. I currently hold the position of acting 
Musical Director with two Calgary based Big Band associations.

COMPOSER / ARRANGER
I have been commissioned to write for various groups ranging from Solo Artists through to Big Bands and Orchestra. I currently maintain a large library of compositions and arrangements available to ensembles from high school  to the professional level. 

MUSIC EDUCATOR
Currently as a music educator I continue to work with a wide range of student demographics
from young adults to the university level both privately and  group workshop environments. I am involved with the Royal Conservatory Music (RCM) program based in Toronto submitting private students for examinations achieving high levels of distinction, and continue on to pursue careers of their own in the music industry.
